It seems that this tire is simply not capable of handling extended dirt/gravel use. Web1 Jan 2024 · I tried a rear Scorpion Rally on my '07 GSA years ago, removed when it was worn out with just over 5,200 miles. I'd gotten between 5,000 to 7,800 miles on several TKC80s rears on the same bike. IIRC, the TKC80s were less expensive than the Pirelli, mount/dismount a little easier and perform great dirt or street.
