WebFrom a quick search, the WD15 will work on Mac but requires drivers. I would not trust a company like Dell to prioritize Mac drivers on a continual basis, so using their dock would be a hard no from my perspective unless you already invested a ton in them. Too many driverless docks that work perfectly with Mac to want to mess with a Dell one.
